Rocky implementation
The pricing model changed after our first renewal and wasn't clearly communicated upfront.

Some rough edges
It does what it says, but the interface feels dated in a few places. Support is fine, just not fast.

Support could be better
We hit several bugs in the first two months that support took a while to acknowledge, let alone fix.

Steep learning curve
The learning curve was steeper than expected for our non-technical staff, and training materials were thin.

Support could be better
Implementation dragged on nearly twice as long as promised, which delayed our own rollout to branches.

Easy to configure
Rollout across our branches went smoother than we expected. The mobile app for field agents has cut down on paperwork significantly.

Excellent platform
Implementation took about six weeks and the vendor's team was hands-on throughout. Our loan officers picked it up quickly and turnaround times have dropped noticeably.
