Impressive automation

It does what it says, but the interface feels dated in a few places. Support is fine, just not fast.

Steep learning curve
We hit several bugs in the first two months that support took a while to acknowledge, let alone fix.
Apologies for the frustration this caused. We've since made changes to our onboarding process to address this kind of issue.
